(IraqiNews.com) The Turkish Government offered scholarships for Iraqi students willing to complete their higher education in Istanbul.The Turkish Consulate in Basra mentioned in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Scientific and Technology Foundation offers the educational support within the scholarship program for the academic year (2013-2014) for Iraqi students willing to complete their higher education in Turkey.””The Turikish General Consul, Farouk Qaimagji, expressed his hope to receive submission requests from Basra, Dhi-Qar, Maysan and Muthana provinces,” the statement added, noting that ”The final day for submission will be 27/ September.”
