He stressed that the province held a meeting with the company in order to address the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to activate the implementation of the projects payment term and by finding a financier and working to find a legal cover for the implementation of these projects, noting that next week will hold a meeting in this regard to develop a mechanism for the implementation of these projects.
He Boukhaty said the measure includes the stalled projects over the past years due to the inability to pay dues companies, and in a way of payment on credit will enable those companies to choose - funded projects in accordance with the regulations set by the Ministry of Planning, warning time itself that the financier , whether a company or a bank , it needs to a government guarantee to return the money to him after the success of the project.
He stated that the province give priority to their projects service, to water projects that are distributed among large areas of the districts and areas of Baghdad as part of its new plan to raise the production capacity of the water, pointing out that the province have ambitious plans to raise production capacity pumps drinking water filter, as well as raising the proportion of the served water networks through the establishment of stations and parks and water supply areas unserved networks piped through the tanker trucks, as well as the establishment of units for water plants (RO) for areas that suffer from water scarcity.
The province was opened last April, Water Rashidiya project capacity of 2000 cubic meters per hour, to address the scarcity of drinking water in the region during the summer.
