    Izzat Ministry of Planning, on Friday, reducing its projects to the economic crisis in the country, noting the completion of more than two thousand project of a total of six thousand project of the Ministry, in the province of Baghdad confirmed its focus on the establishment of service projects despite the worsening of the crisis.
    According to the official spokesman for the Ministry of Planning Abdul - Zahra Alndaoui "long", " The economic crisis suffered by the country as a result of lower oil prices and also the war on Daesh influenced at the Ministry of Planning projects , " noting that "nearly six thousand project was the ministry began to shrink gradually ".

    Alndaoui pointed out that "approximately $ 100 billion have been identified for these projects but were stopped some of them only work on projects that reached advanced stages completed , " explaining that "initially canceled 1500 project and keep the 4500 project and Ahakha to postpone some of them to settle work when 2500 project ".
    Alndaoui said that "projects are working in which concentrated on the service side considerably as the most important is to provide the service side of the citizen, as there are projects which have been completed and the other work is done," pointing out that " the problem faced by the ministry are asked some contractors for funds estimated at 5 trillion dinars and had already been agreed on a solution formula
    with them. " He continues , a spokesman for the Ministry of Planning as saying that " the contractors who have reached their projects to completion rates high above the 80% got their money , provided in writing a written pledge to complete the project , " noting that "projects ratios completed less than 80% given its contractors 40% of the funds and Sasdon in the form of payments with completing their project. " He Alndaoui that "these projects was supposed to be complete , but the financial crisis is stopped , " noting that " the coming weeks will see the opening of some of them." For his part , confirms First Deputy Baghdad Provincial Council Jassim Alboukhata "long", that " the financial crisis has affected the province , where without a doubt led to the postponement of a large number
    of projects." Among Alboukhata that " the province without power on or because the financial crisis is led to these problems," he said . "There are many projects were in the folds of the capital for its implementation." He Alboukhata that "natural focus became on services, as well as projects implemented because the implementation has reached the stage of completion , " explaining that "there are projects in the event of survival without work could go back to zero stage". The governor of Baghdad , said Atwan Atwani in the (June 6, 2017) that " the Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi promised the Baghdad government to approve the implementation of pressing projects and speed up regardless of the budget." According to a statement to the Office of Atwani " The governor of Baghdad , discussed with Abadi , the most important issues related to the rate of capital and increase financial allocations and speed up the approval of the implementation of the most important projects
    pressing."
    Atwani stressed that " the prime minister had promised to approve all of what has been put forward to improve the reality service and urban in the capital and implementation of projects the pressing task in the regions of the parties, especially the major sewer and water projects in the most important districts of the province and the delivery of services to its residents. "
