    [rtl]Wassit Governor Mahmoud Mulla Talal accused Mafiyat of corruption of being behind the disruption of investment in the province.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The solution will be to deter the mafia and not allow it to fight the national product and disrupt the economic life through illegal gain aimed at converting the financial currency abroad, and thus become the provinces an environment of repelling investment," Talal said in a statement obtained by Trend Press.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"Over the past years, corruption and nepotism in Wasit has increased dramatically due to poor supervision and law despite the multiplicity of anti-corruption institutions," he said, vowing to tackle the situation with effective means.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He revealed that "gangs attack investors for the domestic product, for external companies trying to influence their goods to Iraq to monopolize the market and eliminate the national product."[/rtl]
