"

On the other hand, the activist Basma Khalil Al-Oqati stressed to the "extent" that "the tribal laws after 2003 prevail over the law and the constitutional clauses," noting that "some tribes do not resort to solve their problems through law and police stations and the judiciary, but go to take up arms and the use of force To solve their problems with the other clan. " 
"In the southern provinces are witnessing some tribal chapters that are women to pay for resolving differences between the parties to the conflict," noting that "the provinces in the Kurdistan region is still some Kurdish tribes adopt the killing of some women on the issue of honor."
