    She explained that "the Committee is working on such a phenomenon through joint coordination with high bodies."

    She noted that "the Committee is waiting for the government to send laws that were withdrawn from parliament, including the law on domestic violence to amend it and the development of legal provisions to prevent the tribes to take women as a tribal chapter." 
    For his part, member of the Committee of Tribal Parliamentary Ahmed Salal said in an interview for the "range" that "the cleric are those who bear the negative use of clans women in the decimal chapter," noting that "there must be a community awareness of the tribes, especially tribes in the provinces of the Euphrates, The seriousness of using such methods against women. " 
    "There are some people who call the sheikh, they are not old people, they are outsiders," Salal said. "They do not know about the Sunnis or their moral and religious values."
    He said that "there are a lot of Iraqi tribes reject the tribal separation and take women by force," calling on "the federal government and the House of Representatives to enact laws that protect women from all forms of sectarian, ethnic and tribal distinction." 
    On the other hand, the activist Basma Khalil Al-Oqati stressed to the "extent" that "the tribal laws after 2003 prevail over the law and the constitutional clauses," noting that "some tribes do not resort to solve their problems through law and police stations and the judiciary, but go to take up arms and the use of force To solve their problems with the other clan. " 
    "In the southern provinces are witnessing some tribal chapters that are women to pay for resolving differences between the parties to the conflict," noting that "the provinces in the Kurdistan region is still some Kurdish tribes adopt the killing of some women on the issue of honor."
    She explained that "the government and civil society organizations that are concerned with human rights in general and the rights of women especially have difficulties in educating tribal and tribal communities and awareness of the danger of the use of such policies against women."
