    [rtl]North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has ordered talks through private channels in the demilitarized zone of Panmunjom at the border between the two countries..[/rtl]
    [rtl]According to the South Korean Yonhap news agency, North Korean television announced that the country's leader had ordered the reopening of the hotline with South Korea starting at 03:30 local time for talks"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The talks are aimed at establishing a formal dialogue on sending a North Korean sports delegation to the Winter Olympic Games in Pyongyang in South Korea next month," the statement said."He said.[/rtl]
