A large-scale clearance campaign anticipates the return of 150 displaced families to Baiji

    Baghdad / Range

The popular crowd announced the return of 150 displaced families to the north of Baiji district after the completion of the security check. This comes at a time when joint forces have started lifting the war waste in some areas of Salah al-Din in preparation for the return of displaced persons.
In a statement received by Al-Mada, the popular crowd said that "under the supervision of the popular crowd, 150 displaced families returned to their areas of residence in the village of Bu Jawari north of Baiji district," indicating that "there is no security indicator on the names of returnees."
The statement added that "the popular mobilization and security forces are working to create security conditions for the return of displaced persons except those wanted by those who have stained their hands with the blood of innocent people."
In a related context, the military engineering of the popular crowd, launched a campaign to remove the rubble and remnants of war from a number of areas of Salah al-Din province in preparation for the return of displaced persons.
"The military engineering, in cooperation with the Popular Brigades and the security forces, launched a massive campaign to remove the rubble and debris from the city of Tuzhermatu and Salman Peak and Yanjja, in order to return the services," a statement from the crowd said.
"The campaign comes after securing the mobilization of the main roads and the establishment of military towers and barriers to prevent any terrorist attacks on liberated cities."
In a related context, Oil Minister Jabbar Ali Al-Allaibi announced the immediate completion of the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Saladin 2 production unit at Baiji refinery in Salahuddin province.
"The capacity of the production unit of Salahuddin / 2 is 70 thousand barrels per day," Al-Allaibi said in a statement obtained by Al-Madaa. "The North Refinery Company has reached the night with the support of the Ministry's companies to expedite the rehabilitation and operation of these An important production unit before the end of this year, which contributes to cover a large part of the local need of oil derivatives, as well as meet the needs of power plants.
He added that "the ministry has set a ceiling of 6-9 months to complete the rehabilitation of this unit," stressing that "instructed the oil companies in the north, center and south to unify their efforts and employ them to achieve the ministry's goal to restart the refinery."
Al-Luaibi called for "harnessing all mechanisms, equipment, equipment, tanks and pipelines for the oil companies to support and support the rehabilitation and operation of the refinery of Baiji in the province of Salah al-Din."
In October 2015, the Popular Popular Forces and the security forces managed to liberate the Baiji refinery in Salaheddine province entirely from the control of Daqash.
