The parliamentary bloc on Monday, described the course of events within the House of Representatives on the budget as "farce", while confirming the parliament's inability to pass the budget because of differences and withdrawals from some deputies to disrupt the quorum.
A member of the bloc MP Riad al-Saadi said in a statement to the information that there is a general trend by the members of the House of Representatives to stop the salaries of employees, "noting that" the deputies will vote on the suspension of the salaries of employees during the coming sessions. "
The Saadi, "the absence of the need for the cut-off after the liberation of all areas of control and urging the return of displaced persons to their areas," noting that "the parliament read the budget for the second time last week, but the withdrawal of the Kurds from the session obstructed the process of reading and stop reading."
"The parliament had hoped to read the budget for the second time yesterday, but what happened was a (farce), because of deliberate in violation of the quorum and withdrawal, which occurred from some blocks." Ending / 25 n
