With the deepening of differences on the law of the federal budget and the failure of the political blocs to reach any kind of consensus on them, it became clear that attempts to reach an agreement to end this crisis is going in a dead end and a dark tunnel at the end of any light.

In this stalemate, the talk of the House of Representatives about the existence of interventions and pressures exerted on the Iraqi government and parliament by the US, Iran and some European countries, through their embassies in Baghdad, to end this crisis and pass a bill Budgeting.

Informed parliamentary sources said: "The United States, Iran and some European countries entered the crisis line to disrupt the legislation of the federal budget law for 2018, and pressed the government of Haider Abadi to make some amendments that help to pass consensus."

The sources said: "Movements to the embassies of countries began about a month ago by a Kurdish delegation visited Baghdad."

MP of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Mohammed Osman confirmed this by saying: "The Kurdish side sent its comments on the federal budget law of the United States Embassy and the United Nations and the Iranian embassy and the International Monetary Fund and the three presidencies."

Othman said in a press statement: "The move on embassies and presidencies is to pressure the government to raise the share of Kurdistan from the budget," stressing: "The solution lies in the amendments to the budget law by the Council of Ministers."

He said Kurdish MP: "The discussions and negotiations are continuing between the government and other parties in order to address all the differences that hinder the passing budget law", expecting the arrival of a Kurdish delegation to Baghdad in the next few days. "
