The MP for the National Coalition Hamid al-Mutlaq, the parliamentary mobility will begin with the start of meetings Tuesday to find "logical solutions" to the law of accountability and justice, pointing out that the law "bears the dignity" of the House of Representatives and the accountability and justice.

Al-Mutlaq said in a press statement: "The law of accountability and justice is controversial and unjust bear the House of Representatives and the accountability and justice," noting that "the Iraqi people seek justice and fairness and take into account the feelings of the citizen and the circumstances in which he lives."

Al-Mutlaq added that "the law was not successful and came after fifteen years of change to tell someone you are required for accountability and justice and we will cut your salary or take part of your dwelling or piece of land that you own," pointing out that " It is not fair to hold a person accountable because of his father, brother or son. "

He pointed out that "the law must be addressed in a radical manner and be taken how to deal with society and address the problems, and built in a homogenous consideration and learn from the mistakes of collective punishment and what they produced during the previous period," stressing that "the commander-in-chief of the armed forces and all fair Iraqis Look at this law and the decisions that cast doubt on it. "

Al-Mutlaq stressed that "the need to review the file of accountability and justice and be directed to the judiciary as a judicial file instead of what is going on," noting that "with the start of meetings during the current week, there is mobility will be a number of deputies to put this issue and modify it properly, Or turn it into a judicial file, which is the safest view according to my point of view. "

On Monday, March 5, 2018, the Justice and Accountability Commission issued two lists, one of which included confiscation of movable and immovable property for 52 members of the former regime and the second seizure of property of 4257 officials during Saddam Hussein's rule, including Major General Ahmad Sadak al-Dulaimi, October 12, 2014, when an explosive device targeted his patrol in the area of Albu Risha north of the city of Ramadi.

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Tuesday (March 6, 2018) that the recent list of accountability and justice showed that there is no real review on the ground, pointing out that the Commission deals with duplication in its work.
The Interior Ministry announced its rejection of the decision of the accountability and justice to confiscate the funds of "martyr Ahmed Sadak al-Dulaimi," the former Anbar police chief, urging them to reconsider the decision "unfair" against the martyrs sacrificed for Iraq.
