A report by the ARM network, quoting what it called leading sources, linked to the Islamic Dawa party in Iraq, revealed that the prime minister and leader of the Al-Nasr coalition, Haidar al-Abadi, announced his decision to split from the ranks of the party. , Sheikh Abdul Halim Zuhairi.
The network said that "the differences began between Abadi and Sheikh Abdul Halim, who is described as the godfather of the formation of the government, and nominate candidates for prime minister, since the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime."
She said that "Abbadi Max Zuhairi of the team of negotiators of the alliance victory; because of the dispute about the alliance with others, led by Moqtada al-Sadr, who ranked first in the parliamentary elections in Iraq recently."
According to the sources, "Zuhairi does not see the importance of entering the list of victory, led by Abadi, in alliance with others, led by Sadr; because of the position of the former leader of the rule of law and the Secretary-General of the Dawa Party Nuri al-Maliki," noting that "Sadr agreed to the alliance with Abadi condition To announce the latter's withdrawal from the Dawa Party. "
Zuhairi, whose family lives in the Iranian city of Qom, is described as the "kingmaker of Iraq" because of his hidden role in the ongoing political process in Iraq, as well as his tendency to stand up to Maliki more than Abbadi.
Abadi is a second-line man in the Dawa party, not the first-line men, such as Nuri al-Maliki, Zuhairi, Ali al-Adib and others.
