Movement of the largest bloc ends almost a deal on the survival of the Prime Minister of the share of the call

The political blocs await the ratification of the Federal Court on the results of the legislative elections that took place on the twelfth of last May after the completion of the process of counting and sorting manual, which started by the Electoral Commission of judges assigned on Tuesday, for the purpose of announcing the largest bloc that will form the next government.
It seems that the political blocs have begun serious movements of the alliance among themselves for the purpose of announcing the largest bloc in spite of the results of parliamentary and government investigative committees that confirmed the existence of rigging and rigging in the electoral process, which prompted the previous parliament to amend the election law and manual counting and counting with the support of the Federal Court.
The leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr and head of the coalition of state law Nuri al-Maliki to form the largest bloc for the purpose of forming the next government, the latter aims to keep the post of prime minister of the share of the Islamic Dawa Party while Sadr seeks to be the next prime minister from outside the Islamic Dawa Party.
But the external factor has settled the situation between Sadr and Maliki, political sources have revealed that there is pressure exerted by the United States and Iran on the political blocs to agree on the survival of the post of prime minister of the share of the Islamic Dawa Party.
The sources said that "a member of the political council of the Lebanese Hezbollah Mohammed al-Kawtharani during his visit to Baghdad last week played an important role in bringing together the views of the Shiite forces winning the elections and got a near agreement to revive the National Alliance to become the strongest bloc and the largest in the next parliament to be able to form a government , And he put forward the idea of the survival of the post of prime minister of the share of the Islamic Dawa Party.
According to political thinker and researcher Ghaleb Shabandar, the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr does not have a veto on the coalition of state law or the Islamic Dawa Party on the nomination of prime minister, but on condition.
Shabandar said in an interview with «Journal News», that "Sadr, who supports the bloc winning the elections (passers) was refusing to be the next prime minister of the Dawa Party, but recently changed his position on that and confirmed that they are open to the coalition of state law and the party Call and do not oppose to be prime minister of them, but two conditions, one of them should not be from the wing of the coalition leader Nuri al-Maliki and the other is not accused of corruption. "
The leader of the party, Sami al-Askari, said that "talking about the existence of a political agreement aimed at excluding the Dawa Party from the prime minister is a media leaks that we have not heard from any political party such statements." He pointed out that the Dawa Party is still the preferred candidate for prime minister.
He revealed, "As we know some leaks media candidates of other lists, the candidates for the invitation to the primary in this position, whether Haider Abadi or others."
Al-Askari added that "the candidates of the other parties to the premiership have no admissibility from the other political parties, but some are politically rejected." He stressed that "the choice of the prime minister is subject to political consensus, and no one can insist on its candidate if rejected by other powers."
As revealed by the leadership of the coalition of state law Saad Almtalibi, "All the alliances that have recently become unreal and to this moment there is no real or official alliance between all political parties," noting that "the rule of law has mobility and dialogues with political forces to form the largest bloc" .
The Dawa Party, headed by his secretary-general Nuri al-Maliki, is seeking to stay prime minister from his share for a fifth term.
According to informed sources, the leadership of the Dawa Party is looking for a compromise candidate in the absence of agreement to give Abadi a second term.
The sources added that the leadership of the party put forward alternative names, including (Tareq Najm, Mohammed Shiaa Sudanese, Aqeel Turaihi and Aqil Khazali).
And formed a joint committee within the Dawa Party to moisten the atmosphere between Maliki and Abadi and the possibility of merging the coalition victory and the rule of law with a single bloc in order to ensure the premiership.
