Coalition building confirms the consensus on the passage of the eight ministers in the next parliament session

The MP for the construction coalition, Abdul Amir Taiban, on Saturday, that the Iraqi parliament will continue in its next meeting on 6/11/2018 in the vote on all remaining portfolios, including the defense and the interior.
"The next parliament session will vote on all ministerial portfolios, including defense and interior," Taiban told the RODAO news network. Stressing that "the parliamentary blocs gave full freedom to the Prime Minister and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Adel Abdul Mahdi, to choose the candidates of the Ministries of Defense and Interior."
He added that "there is a great consensus between the blocks on the passage of ministerial cab to the government of Abdul-Mahdi in the next parliament session."
Taiban stressed that the next session of the parliament will also witness the replacement of some ministers to their inclusion in the law of accountability and justice.
New Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi was sworn in late last October along with 14 ministers from his cabinet list after deputies failed to reach consensus on key ministries, including interior and defense.
