    TEHRAN: The region needs new arrangements with the participation of Iraq


    Iran's special envoy to the Islamic Shura Council, Hossein Ameer Abdullahian, stressed the region's need for "new arrangements involving Iraq."
    "Establishing a strong and secure region requires Saudi and Emirati cooperation to build and establish new regional arrangements with the participation of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Iraq," Abdullah said.
    "From the GCC there has been no Council or cooperation," Abdullah wrote.
    The Iranian official pointed out that "Bahrain suffers from the crisis of non-legitimacy and Saudi Arabia crisis of Jamal Khashoggi, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi crisis of the crisis in Yemen."
