    Baghdad / ... Sadiq Majas deputies late on Wednesday night, the federal budget bill for the year 2019, and included Article 10 of the law the majority of the dues and salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region.
    According to MP from the mass movement of change Ghaleb Mohammed, "Article 10 in the General Budget Law set the financial dues of the Kurdistan region, including salaries of employees.
    He added that the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region guaranteed in that article of the budget law, which was voted on even if the provincial government did not abide by the law, the Federal Ministry of Finance will send the salaries of employees and will abide by it.
    Article 10 of the General Budget Law included two main paragraphs: First, the settlement of the financial dues for the year 2004 until 2018 between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government after auditing by the Office of Financial Supervision with the calculation of the share of the provinces of the Kurdistan Region in the light of the real expenditures of the past years which came in the final accounts, The Federal Financial Control Bureau.
    The second paragraph of Article 10 consists of four points:
    - The Kurdistan Regional Government is committed to the export of 250 thousand barrels of oil per day through the company Sumo with income to the treasury of the federal government.
    - Assign a percentage of the amount allocated to the ground forces of the Iraqi army for the salaries of the Peshmerga, and according to the proportion of the evaluators of these forces, as some of them within the Iraqi security.
    - If the Kurdistan region does not commit to export 250 thousand barrels of oil per day to the company Sumo, the federal government will continue to send salaries of staff of the region and the Peshmerga.
    - The Federal Government and the Government of the Kurdistan Region in the course of increasing the proportion of oil exports contained in Article I-B of the Federal Budget Law, to send that increase to the State Treasury.
    The draft law of the general budget for the year 2019 of 87 articles and because of the lack of agreement between the political parties in the parliament and the deputies of the Iraqi provinces, postponed many of the parliamentary sessions, was approved the draft budget law on Wednesday night in parliament, the presence of 287 deputies. Finished
