Anbar Council: reconstruction of the province requires 5 years of work and the proportion of destruction reached 80%

Anbar provincial council member Fahad al-Rashed said on Friday (1 February 2019) that the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/112349/%D9%86%D8%B3%D8%A8%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B1]percentage of destruction[/url] in the province amounted to 80%, pointing out that the financial budget for 2019 does not fit the size of the destruction.
Al-Rashed said in a press statement that "the province of Anbar and as a result of the destruction caused by the recent battles against the organization calling the terrorist, is one of the affected provinces."
He added that "the percentage of destruction in the province reached 80% at a time when the province is still witnessing a significant neglect and clear by the federal government."
He pointed out that "the budget allocated to Anbar amounts estimated at 131 billion Iraqi dinars is really not commensurate with the size of the destruction in the province," stressing that "the province needs five years to rebuild."
