Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani said his country has repeatedly called for the blockade of the dialogue countries, adding that Doha has no objection to respond to any good offices and efforts to resolve the Gulf crisis.

" Qatar is not building any new alliances that will replace the GCC, " Al-Thani said in a speech to the 55th session of the Munich Security Conference , referring to new alliances with Turkey and Iran .
"The Iranians are our neighbors and we share the largest gas field with them for decades. We have common borders with them, but the crisis has made us need more airspace and more foreign trade with Tehran. We appreciate opening their airspace to us," he said. GCC and Iran must be resolved through dialogue.

He also stressed that "Qatar's relationship with Turkey is very strong," adding that "Doha is not subjected to any pressure to enter into alliances with one country or another, but take decisions to serve the interests of the people of Qatar."

In response to a question on the indicators of the breakthrough of the Gulf crisis, Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman said that Qatar has always called on the countries of the blockade to sit at the negotiating table to understand all considerations to end the Gulf crisis, "noting in the context that the investigations proved that the countries of the blockade that penetrated the Qatar News Agency and Qrsnh.

The Qatari minister said that the Middle East region is experiencing more regional polarization and is experiencing proxy wars in many countries. He pointed out that there are no international efforts to address polarization in the region, as in Yemen, Syria and Palestine.

The Foreign Minister explained that the talk of extremism and terrorism is directed only at terrorist organizations, despite the existence of regimes and rulers who practice terrorism against peoples.

He stressed that security in the region was threatened by the blockade of Qatar on the fifth of June 2017, where he said, "We have set a brilliant example in our region through the Gulf Cooperation Council and was a cornerstone of stability despite all differences of opinion and division with our neighbors, Saudis and UAE .. But now the security Regional threat site there is no dialogue and there is no cooperation with each other. "

He said that the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has experienced a number of differences in recent years, but has not reached such a level. "We have been separated from each other and this stems from a change in the attitudes of the new leaders," he said.
