"We aim to bring a large number of children, even if not all of them, before Ramadan, and we are working on that," the Anatolia news agency quoted Foreign Minister Fatih Yildiz as saying.
"We have agreed with the Iraqi side to alleviate the suffering of children," he said. "These children have close family ties in Turkey. Our aim is to bring children and families together as a contribution from the Turkish Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services."
"Turkish women living in Iraqi prisons should be extradited after being sent to Turkey."
"Some women have been sentenced to death by Iraqi courts, while others have been sentenced to life imprisonment, and Turkey has made an enormous effort to repatriate unaccompanied children," the agency continued.
