"The formation of the new seismic division came in view of the extensive work of seismic surveys in most parts of the country," said the director general of the oil exploration company in the ministry, Nashwan Mohammad Nouri.
He added: "The company has developed a seismic division, a plan of action and equipped with ten vibrators French-made, to be similar to the seismic teams of the world, and works by national staff of specialists in the oil exploration company."
Nuri said: "The band will begin its work in the coming days, within the framework of a future plan to expand exploratory operations aimed at increasing oil reserves, in addition to the operation of labor and eliminate the phenomenon of unemployment."
