    BAGHDAD -
    The Integrity Commission, on Sunday, the issuance of an order against one of the members of the current House of Representatives on the back of the disbursement of funds for purposes other than allocated to them during his tenure as governor of Salah al-Din.
    The Investigations Department, in details of the case, in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "the court investigating the integrity issues in Salah al-Din issued an order against one of the members of the current House of Representatives of the Governor of Salah al-Din; 10,000,000,000,000 dinars allocated to meet the needs of the security and civil institutions in the province for purposes other than allocated, as confirmed by the report of the Federal Bureau of Financial Supervision.
    The department explained, "The decision to bring the accused against the issuance in accordance with the provisions of Article (331) of the Iraqi Penal Code; after the head of the exchange committee in the province when he was the governor of Salah al-Din."
    She added that “the court decided to bring the mayor of the district of Samarra and the accountant in the district; as members of the disbursement committee, in the case investigated by the Commission and referred to the judiciary.”
