And the department stated, "The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers confirmed that the responsible authorities bear the costs of implementing the program, which is implemented within two years and includes all citizens (employees and non-employees) with the available capabilities and according to specialization, provided that reports are submitted to the Integrity Commission, which undertakes to document them."
She added, “The program encourages reporting of corruption cases by ensuring legal protection for witnesses, experts, and notifiers, and includes punitive measures resulting from failure to report, in addition to activating Article (9) of the Law on the Protection of Witnesses, Experts, Informers and Victims No. (58 of 2017) regarding rewarding informants On corruption cases, pointing to "the creation of special administrative units linked to the first administrative head of the ministry or the public institution to receive citizens 'complaints and setting out instructions for receiving complaints and the commitment of the institutions' departments to inform the complainant of the result of his complaint within a specific period that may not be exceeded"

"
