Member of the High Commission for Human Rights, Ali Al-Bayati, announced on Wednesday that three [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] provinces have filed 926 complaints against the international coalition in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .
Al-Bayati said, in a statement received / information / that "926 complaints registered with the Iraqi government against the international coalition to fight [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] with victims who were targeted in the coalition bombing during the war against [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] half of this number are dead and the other is different injuries."
He explained, "The complaints are submitted by the governorates of Anbar, Nineveh and Kirkuk," noting that "there are many who have not reported."

He warned that "the Iraqi government is required to file a lawsuit and demand compensation for the victims because it is a violation of international humanitarian law and the four Geneva Conventions, which require the warring parties to avoid targeting civilians and the need to protect them." 25 h has ended
