Parliamentary source: There are no indications that the parliament session will be held today, or even before the elections

{Local: Al Furat News} A parliamentary source ruled out the convening of the parliament session scheduled for today, Monday.
The source told {Euphrates News}: "There are no signs of holding today's session, and attendance is very weak."
He added, "No session will be held for the remainder of the life of this parliament," which is 25 days away from the early elections scheduled for October 10.
A session of Parliament was scheduled to be held today, but the lack of a quorum prevented that and was postponed for one hour amid a large absence of members as they are candidates for the elections.
