[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The Council of Ministers amended one of the paragraphs of its previous decision regarding the controls for distributing low-cost homes to the poor.
A statement by the Cabinet Secretariat stated, today, Thursday, that the Council of Ministers decided to approve the amendment of Paragraph (1) of Cabinet Resolution (71 of 2016), regarding the controls for distributing housing and kiosks to the poor, to become as follows:
Economic housing: The
government bears a percentage of ( 100%) of the cost of the housing unit, and granting it to the beneficiary (poor families) free of charge. Waiver of the right of the federal government to obtain an amount payable, amounting to thirty-five billion six hundred and sixty-two million dinars, owed by the beneficiary families from the distribution of housing to the poor, according to the provisions Article (46) of the amended Federal Financial Management Law (6 of 2019), and Cabinet Resolution (28 of 2020)./End 2[/rtl]
