    Al-Nour News/Baghdad:
The leader of the State of Law coalition, Saad Al-Mutalibi, confirmed today, Tuesday, that many believe that one of the reasons for the political blockage is the three presidencies, and it is natural that the political blocs with the strongest interest in the next parliament, are reluctant to renew them, once again.

Al-Mutalibi added to “Al-Nour News” that “as for the Kurdish position, the issue was announced that the presidency would go to the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which means that Dr. Barham Salih has not been renewed for his mandate.

He pointed out that "the issue is a little different in the House of Representatives, given that there is an internal political dispute in the Sunni house, and this also could lead to a change in the parliament's presidency."

And he continued, "As for the position of prime minister, Al-Kazemi has very weak chances of obtaining a second term, unless there is a radical change in the political blocs of the Shiite blocs, and it appears that the matter is not interested in the renewal of Al-Kazemi."
