    The Vice-President of the Sadrist bloc, Hassan Al-Kaabi, said in a press conference followed by Earth News, "Based on the national responsibility regarding what was stated in Mr. Muqtada Al-Sadr's message to Parliament, including that the role of the House of Representatives is not limited to forming the government or electing the three presidencies, and the need to activate The supervisory and legislative role entrusted to him together to achieve the aspirations of our oppressed people to achieve reconciliation and secure their necessary needs, we in the Sadrist Parliamentary Bloc pledge to Mr. that the constitution entrusted them with carrying out and evaluating and evaluating the work of the executive authority in all its aspects and local administrations, and holding accountable those who are negligent in performing national and moral duties towards the people in general and the disadvantaged groups in particular.
    He added that "the bloc pledges to strive hard to enact legislation aimed at securing and meeting the requirements and aspirations of the citizen, and in a manner that serves the interest of Iraq far from pressures, interference and narrow interests."
    Al-Kaabi continued, "The Sadrist bloc had previously asked the Presidency of the Council in our letter No. 2 dated 3/2/2022 to expedite the formation of permanent parliamentary committees and the distribution of Council members to them according to experience and competence in order for them to exercise their parliamentary role, both legislative and oversight, in the service of Iraq and its people." .
    He pointed out that “the members of the Sadrist bloc, with those who will extend a helping hand to them from the honorable brothers from the rest of the parliament, under the dome of Parliament, we will have a tour of supporting the local product and the national industry, monitoring and following up on the institutions concerned with monitoring the prices of goods and food products that affect the citizen’s livelihood, and accountability and accountability of corrupt officials From previous and current governments, regardless of their religious, party or ethnic affiliations, through the work of the competent parliamentary committees in order to achieve the project of reform and eliminating corruption to build a strong and capable Iraq in which the corrupt have no place.
