The independent representative of Basra Governorate, Alaa Al-Haidari, revealed, on Thursday, that the files of the trial of the outgoing Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, due to mismanagement and corruption, have ended, indicating that all decisions of the caretaker government are outside the law and the constitution.
Al-Haidari said, in an interview, which was followed by "The Information", that "all decisions of the caretaker government are outside the law and the constitution, and that Al-Kazemi's government is the only beneficiary of the current crisis."
He added, "The independent representatives have completed the files of violations of the Prime Minister, and they will all be sent in the coming days to the Federal Court to prevent him from acting and contracting hysterically with all companies in a suspicious manner."
Regarding the negotiations to form the government, Al-Haidari stated that “a group of the Progress Alliance is capable of allying itself with the coordination framework that offered the independent forces to form the next government, unlike the Sadrist movement, which singled out the Shiite decision and made itself a minority in the Alliance to Save a Nation.” finished/25 d
