    The head of the Al-Fateh Alliance parliamentary bloc, Abbas Al-Zamili, announced today, Wednesday, that the coordination framework decided to enter the parliament session and vote on the food security law.


    Al-Zamili said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The previous days witnessed intense discussions for the maturation of the food security law, and there are representatives of the framework within the Finance Committee, in addition to meetings of the leaders of the blocs and the framework."

    He added: "Yesterday evening, a final version of the law was reached, and it will be voted on with our brothers in the House of Representatives."






    He continued, "Because of the importance of the law in supporting the ration card and allocations for farmers, energy and lecturers, in addition to the issue allocated to the development of the regions, which amounts to eight trillion dinars, for the reconstruction of the provinces and the provision of services to them."

    He explained, "The law, in its final form, gave space to the Federal Court and the government after reaching a conclusion that the government is unable to provide services to citizens, as it is the conduct of business, and today the law will be voted on."

     
    He continued: "There are additional paragraphs related to the social welfare network, and therefore the end result is a victory for the Iraqi people, which is a gesture of goodness and the fruit of dialogues and discussions between the leaders of the blocs in order to focus in the next stage, in order to find a solution to the political crisis, despite the presence of legal notes on the law, but we We believe that the interest of the Iraqi people and the provision of services are the most necessary and most important for us, and there is a consensus that the concern of Parliament is a national concern, and there is a keenness on cohesion within the framework.
