Today, Monday, caretaker Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi discussed, during his meeting with the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, the political and security situation in the country.


Al-Kazemi's office stated, in a statement received by Alsumaria News, that the latter "met, President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, during his visit to Erbil Governorate."

The statement added, "The meeting discussed the overall political situation in the country, and the importance of adopting a national dialogue between all political forces to get out of the political impasse that is affecting the general situation, impeding the provision of services to citizens, and threatening to destabilize."
