, today, Monday, the Ministry of Finance addressed the ministries to provide them with the numbers of transferred employees to deal with the suspension of their allocations.
And the ministry stated in a statement, that "the Agency's Minister of Finance, Hiyam Nemat Mahmoud, received today representatives of a segment of employees transferred between their ministries and other ministries, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry and the Assistant Director-General of the Accounting Department in the Ministry's office," noting that "the minister listened during the meeting to the demanding employees." Looking into their job issues that revolve around the release of their suspended salaries as a result of the failure to approve the General Financial Budget Law for the year 2022.
Mahmoud confirmed, according to the statement, that "the doors of the ministry are open to everyone to solve and follow up issues as far as the ministry's competence is concerned," expressing "a deep understanding of their legitimate demands and needs."
She explained, "The Budget Department had earlier approached all ministries under the book No. 28011 dated August 29, 2022, regarding the specializations of transferees, for the purpose of providing them with the numbers and amounts of employees transferred from one ministry to another during the year 2021 to secure their salaries and allocations that they receive to the departments they are transferred to." "All ministries to quickly provide the budget department with the numbers of transferred employees and the amounts of their financial allocations as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue of this segment."
