"Added the source, who requested anonymity , that "the meeting saw the host and Minister of Finance and agency in the outgoing government, purity of net debt to discuss the general budget in 2014," noting that "the Council decided to hold the Budget Committee held a special meeting today (Sunday) to discuss the observations made by the political blocs." and the voice of Parliament, yesterday, to postpone the formation of the standing committees of the non-completion of the committee formed to study the committees work. 

    The parliament session was held under the chairmanship of al-Jubouri, and the presence of 180 deputies. And the convening of parliament coincided with tight security near the Green Zone. A security source has said early, on Saturday, that the security forces closed all roads leading to the Green Zone and the bridge of the Republic, in central Baghdad, stressing that the troops allowed the identities of those who holds issued only to cross the region. The source explained in an interview with the (long-Presse) that "the forces of the Baghdad Brigade and the fight against terrorism closed all roads leading to the Green Zone in central Baghdad, on the one hand Karada Mariam, Mansour, Salehia," noting that "forces closed the bridge Republic leading to the area itself, without knowing reasons. " 

    The source, who requested anonymity, said that "security forces are allowed only to the staff of the Green Zone and the identities of the persons who have issued from the region to cross."

     On the sidelines of the parliament session, said a member of the Badr bloc withdrew in protest against the failure of negotiations to form a government, describing the negotiating team for the bloc as "incompetent." 


    The MP said Mohammed Naji, during a press conference in the parliament building and attended (the long-Presse), "I am announcing my withdrawal from the bloc Badr Parliament because of its failure in the negotiation of entitlements cluster of ministries," asserting that "the negotiating team in the Badr inefficient and demanded change it." 


    Nagy added that "the National Alliance and state law did not block Ancefa Badr of maturity of the ministries, despite the great sacrifices made by." In the atmosphere of the formation of the government, parliamentarians demanded deputies colleagues not to vote on a government that does not give the percentage of women representation to 30%, while been considered as the Ministry of Women is "adequate" for their representation in the next government. The victory Jubouri, during a press conference held in the parliament building and attended (range Press), said that "Iraqi women have no representation in the next government, and if they represented the representation is very weak," indicating that it "is not enough representation of the Ministry of Women, but must be There have representation by 30%. " 
    Jubouri parliamentarians and demanded "not to vote on any government where there is no representation by 30%."
