Ministry Alkahrabaan revealed its intention to use the pre-paid card in Baghdad to meet the needs of the citizen energy, indicating that 50% of the energy wasted by the citizen.
The minister said electricity Qassim Mohammed Fahdawi ministry will begin another method to solve the debt problem that the right of citizens towards the Ministry of electricity through the use of the card pre-payment in Baghdad to meet the needs of the citizens of electrical power for 24 hours, "noting that" the project will be implemented gradually through the selection of two areas, one in Rusafa and the other in the Karkh district to circulate in the post at all areas. "
Fahdawi added that "the citizen will consume less energy under this project and the prices will be almost free," noting that "there are wasting energy by using up to 50% and that citizens can fill the need of energy in the event of a fully rationalized."
