[rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:
The Iranian ambassador, Muhammad Kazem Al Sadiq, denied the allegations about smuggling the dollar to his country, indicating that the dollar crisis in Iraq aims to strike the government of Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani. [/rtl]
[rtl] Al-Sadiq said in a televised interview that "Iraqi cooperation on the borders is very good, and there is no support from Baghdad for any parties opposing Iran." [/rtl]
[rtl] He added, "The dollar exchange rate crisis in Iraq was with American support and carries with it the embarrassment of the government of Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani," noting that "the talk about smuggling dollars to Iran is a lie intended to thwart the Iraqi-Iranian rapprochement in all fields, and that the counter-media is the one who promotes the lie. ". [/rtl]
[rtl] He pointed out that "Iranian-Iraqi cooperation in the field of energy still exists, as Tehran is working to supply Baghdad with 1,200 megawatts of electricity and 10 million cubic meters of gas, which generates 4,000 megawatts, and that the biggest problem facing the two parties is that the money cannot be obtained directly because of the unfair US sanctions.”[/rtl]
