The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mohammad Xiaa Sudan, Monday, that the ministry is working to reduce the unemployment rate in Iraq from 17% to 5%.
Said Sudanese in an interview that "the ministry hopes of all ministries to work with us in attracting graduates of training centers, and working to reduce the unemployment rate in Iraq from 17% to 5%."
[rtl]و[/rtl] The previously announced that the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation, that the unemployment rate in Iraq amounted to about 16%, and confirmed that the poverty rate stood at about 11%.
Iraq has suffered from high unemployment, both among young people who are able to work or between university graduates, and some experts believe that economists statistical estimates for these young people do not necessarily reflect reality actually located.
