    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:

The advisor to the Iraqi Prime Minister for Security Affairs, Khaled Al-Yaqoubi, strongly denied the existence of any build-up of US forces inside Iraqi territory.[/rtl]

[rtl]Al-Yaqoubi explained, during statements to the official agency, followed by (Iraq Today), that "the Iraqi leaders focused in their negotiations with the American side on preserving Iraq's sovereignty," noting that "all Iraq's requests were met during the Washington negotiations." .”[/rtl]
[rtl]He stressed that "the minutes of a meeting were signed between Iraq and the United States, and that the agreement stipulates that drones fly in security areas with the approval of the Iraqi government exclusively." [/rtl]
[rtl]He pointed out "the importance of not acting unilaterally on the part of any of the parties in the negotiations."[/rtl]
[rtl]He also explained that "the chief of staff of the Peshmerga was part of the Iraqi security delegation that visited Washington." He pointed out that "many of the information published in the media have nothing to do with reality and are intended to mislead."[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Yaqoubi added, "It was agreed to form a military committee between Iraq and the United States, to confront the threat of ISIS." He stressed that there are no paragraphs or secret meetings in the negotiations with Washington, stressing that there is no mobilization of US forces inside Iraq, but rather a replacement for the units present in Syria.[/rtl]
