    A member of the Parliamentary Education Committee, Haider Shamkhi, revealed a proposal to merge the Ministries of Education and Higher Education, with the aim of curbing “party quotas.”
    Shamkhi said in an interview followed by the Information Agency, “The percentage of partisans responsible for managing the Ministries of Education reaches 80% and perhaps more.”
    He added, "There is a quotas, even at the level of school principals, between parties for the position of school principal."
    Shamkhi pointed out that “there is a proposal to merge the two ministries of education and one parliamentary committee.” Ended/25
