    Information / private..
Today, Saturday, political analyst Sabah Al-Ukaili described the Iraqi Foreign Ministry’s failure to vote on the ceasefire resolution against Gaza as a “grave mistake,” while stressing that the justification that came out of the ministry was illogical and was not at the required level.
Al-Aqili said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The decision to have a truce and ceasefire for a few days is primarily humanitarian, away from internal points and other ramifications,” pointing out that “not voting on the truce is a grave mistake by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.”
He continued, "Part of this failure is borne by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani through his agreement to assume the position for a person with ties to the Zionist entity," noting that "the Iraqi Foreign Ministry's failure to vote on the ceasefire resolution against Gaza is a grave mistake."
He added, "The justification and explanation that came out of the ministry was not objective and was not at the level of the dangerous decision that was taken," pointing out that "the Foreign Ministry must work to reconsider the decisions that represent the direction of the government and the people before the international community."
Many popular and political circles criticized the Iraqi Foreign Ministry's failure to vote on the decision to stop the systematic war of the Zionist entity against Gaza, despite the vote of more than 120 countries that condemned Israel for its brutal crimes against the Palestinian people, only to return and request an amendment to the vote under the pretext of a technical glitch during the vote. Ended 25/day
