    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:[/rtl]
[rtl]Those who follow the fierce campaign and the tireless efforts exerted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, to overthrow the efforts of the Integrity Commission, especially its president, the brave judge Haider Hanoun, will realize the meaning of using power to prevent anti-corruption efforts, and will know full well that a lot of corruption, It is essentially political, and is protected by these authorities who see themselves as greater than accountability and higher than oversight. Therefore, they use their internal influence and external support to build financial empires, and transfer the looted public funds to fortified coffers, including secret ones. The publicity that appeared in the form of villas, luxury homes, investments, luxury, building castles, modest servants, etc. is one of the manifestations of corruption that has become overwhelming, and cannot be hidden or covered up, especially since the Integrity Commission is in its last year, it recorded the clearest, strongest and clearest activity in pursuing thieves and corrupt people, and we saw representatives, ministers, governors, local officials, general directors and others behind bars. We also saw ongoing trials of corrupt majorors, and cases that are still open in the corridors of the courts, which it is hoped to end with operations to recover the stolen funds, and to put the criminals behind bars, where they must be the ones Who stole the Iraqi people's money and betrayed their trust.

But unfortunately, we see that there are those who want to obstruct this path, especially the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, whose Integrity Commission has apparently begun opening a file on his plundering, thefts, and the inflation of his money, the Money of his two wives, his aids, those close to him, and his entourage. And whoever revolves around him, as his obscene wealth and horrific boasting of this money have become a phenomenon that is harmful to the people, who have begun to openly demand that they be questioned about the source of this money, and how he collected it, Even though he has not even reached his fourth decade!

How did he obtain these billions? When he presides over a legislative authority that only gives him a small salary, which according to the law does not exceed $10,000 per month, so how were these “Qarunian” funds created?

Of course, and according to those close to them, as soon as a document appeared indicating that he had begun collecting information about the sources of this money in his possession, and in the possession of his two wives, he went crazy and declared a war on his part against the Integrity Commission and its head, Judge Haider Hanoun, and he wanted to do so. To remove the man from the presidency of this body, and to send a message to everyone that he is a “red line,” and no one, regardless of his authority, can approach him and ask him what he is doing.

If he succeeds in this direction, it will be a real setback for the efforts of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani in combating corruption, and a devastating blow to the judiciary, legislative authorities, the press and the honest national media.[/rtl]
[rtl]Therefore, everyone is required to assign the presidency of the Integrity Commission, support it, and prevent the process of political bullying against it, and the process of self-serving, which we will not hesitate to reveal any party that practices it, or contributes to it. We want it to be a state of law, transparency and clarity, not a state of tsars. And emperors no one can approach.[/rtl]
