Al-Sudani: We need more modernization of the school curriculum

Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani pledged yesterday, Tuesday, that the government will not delay in supporting talent, pointing to the need for further modernization of the school curriculum.
A statement from his office stated, “The Prime Minister received a number of Iraqi children from the Iraqi Creativity Development Center, their families, and those responsible for the center, who achieved advanced ranks in the World Championship of Accelerated Mental Arithmetic Competition, which was held in Mumbai 2023.”
The Prime Minister stressed, according to the statement, that “what Iraqi children have achieved in this global forum is a source of pride and pride, and a starting point for supporting excellence, energies and distinguished talents, as well as contributing to raising Iraq’s name globally, as it strengthens national identity.”
He added, “Efforts to develop talent deserve praise and appreciation,” pointing out that “the center, through its own efforts, has charted a distinguished path for itself in revealing these talents and the capabilities of the creative people who carry the future.” To be scholars and distinguished in various aspects in the near future.”
Al-Sudani stated, “The government will not delay in supporting these talents, and we must provide all means of assistance and continuity in the success and sustainability of the center,” explaining that “true wealth lies in human capital, and investing in people; We deal with excellence and talent as the true asset, and the shaping of Iraq’s future depends on them.”
He continued, “We are in constant need of more modernization of the curricula,” pointing out that “despite our observations on the performance of schools, they are moving confidently in embracing talent, and presenting us with an elite group of champions and those excelling in intelligence at the world level, and, God willing, they will be the best help in building... “Their country.”
