Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -Jazeera Operations Command decided to withdraw all its forces deployed from Sinjar district in Nineveh province on Friday morning.
A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan quoted an informed source as saying “The JOC decided to withdraw all its forces in Sinjar in response to the public pressures where the citizens continued their demonstrations to protest the deployment of these forces.”
The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan confirmed “The forces of JOC prevented hundreds of vehicles, on last Thursday, from Sinjar district from going to Dhouk province through Rabiya district in response to the demonstrations against them.”
