Al-Khazali said in a blog post seen by Al-Sumaria News, “The automation system is important at the border crossings and is credited to the Ministry of Finance, the Sudanese government, and the Federal Ports Authority.”

Al-Khazali pointed to “the region’s ports (because there are) more than 22 ports outside federal control,” considering this “a challenge to local industry and agriculture and a major challenge to the decisions of the Federal Court.”

Al-Khazali called on the government to “end this file within a specific time frame as per the provisions of the law.”

The automation system is important in the border crossings and is considered a challenge to the Ministry of Finance, the Government of Sudan, the Federal Ports Authority, and the regional ports of more than 22 ports outside federal control, a challenge to local industry and agriculture, and a major challenge to the decisions of the Federal Court.
