The Ministry responds to parliamentary communications: The national license project is in place and the Sudanese government is following it up

The Ministry of Communications responded to the statements of Aqeel Al-Fatlawi, a member of the Parliamentary Transport and Communications Committee, about the national license project, indicating that the project is proceeding in full swing according to what was planned, and with direct follow-up by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.
The ministry's response comes after statements made by Al-Fatlawi to the official newspaper, in which he stated that the Ministry of Communications does not have any real principles or evidence confirming the implementation of the national license project in the near future.
A statement to inform the ministry stated:
The Ministry of Communications would like to clarify to public opinion that work on the national mobile phone license project is proceeding in full swing according to what was planned and with direct follow-up from His Excellency the Prime Minister and His Excellency the Minister of Communications and with the support of the Media and Communications Authority, and that there is great cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the Authority. Regarding the project, from the Board of Commissioners and the Chairman of the Executive Body of the Authority.
The Ministry has submitted the project file to a number of reputable international companies in order to choose the appropriate global operator to operate the project. The Ministry is also in constant communication with the Registrar of Companies and the departments of the Employees’ Retirement Fund and the Social Security Fund to complete the procedures for establishing the National Mobile Telephone Company and their entry as shareholders in order to benefit this broad segment of retirees. And workers in Iraq.
