Documents issued by the Prime Minister's Office revealed that Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani filed a lawsuit with the Federal Supreme Court to challenge the unconstitutionality of the Presidency Diwan Law No. (4) of 1984, as amended, and the Internal Regulations of the Presidency of the Republic No. (1) of 2023 (amended).
