The editor-in-chief wrote:
Two years have passed since the formation of the government of Mr. Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani. Returning to the program it launched in its early days, we find that the vast majority of its provisions have been implemented or are being implemented.
In the services sector, the projects that citizens see with their own eyes and sense their importance in facilitating their life affairs were the most prominent, and the most obvious of them were road and bridge projects. It suffices to point out here that the total number of roads that were built or maintained amounted to thousands of kilometers, distributed between internal expressways and others. The
housing sector, which did not receive the attention it deserved in the past, has become active during these two years, as thousands of housing units have been built. In other vital sectors such as education and health, we see data on the construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of (1500) schools, (85) hospitals and more than (250) health centers.
The same applies to energy, agriculture, sports and other sectors, but the most notable achievement can be seen in the stability and political balance in Iraq, which coincided with a violent storm that hit the region after the “Al-Aqsa Flood” and the series of genocides committed by the Zionist entity and the dangers it posed and continues to pose to the security of the region.
In such an ambiguous and extremely dangerous circumstance, the government was able to adopt a policy that preserved the state’s balance and contributed to making Iraq a meeting point for all forces seeking to stop aggression and establish peace. Two years may seem short, but it will become greater if it is filled with achievements and fulfillment of promises.
