[size=45]Minister of Justice, Khaled Shawani, announced the start of contracting procedures to implement special designs for the city of Adliya in Diwaniyah Governorate, while indicating that it will include supporting reform departments and residential complexes for employees.[/size]
[size=45]The Minister of Justice said in a press conference that “we discussed cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Justice and its sub-departments in Diwaniyah Governorate and its council, and we believe that local governments are an integral part of the work of the federal government and there must be cooperation and coordination in order to provide the best services to citizens.”[/size]
[size=45]He added, "With this cooperation that we see between the Ministry of Justice and the Diwaniyah Governorate Administration, we notice that the judicial services here are a source of pride for us, and our primary goal is to provide services to citizens."[/size]
[size=45]He added, "For the first time in Diwaniyah, electronic archiving will be used to complete citizens' transactions in all judicial departments to facilitate transaction procedures and eliminate routine, in line with the desire of the e-government and the directives of the Prime Minister."[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that “a number of projects have been implemented, including the Department of Reform and Juveniles project, the completion rate of which has reached 73%, in addition to the reform city in Al-Badr district, for which we have begun contracting procedures to implement the designs, which will be referred to foreign companies.”[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that "this city will include departments supporting the Iraqi Reform Department as well as residential complexes for employees of the Ministry of Justice. During the coming period, we will deepen these discussions with the Diwaniyah Governorate for the purpose of completing them."[/size]
[size=45]He added, "The judicial complex that was opened is distributed over three floors that were built according to specifications, as it includes the real estate registry, the execution department, and a notary public. The aim of this complex is to complete citizens' transactions in an easy manner and reduce the burden on the families of inmates by returning them to their governorate."[/size]
