(Two years of achievements), this is a summary of the true evaluation of the work of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani's government, since it gained the confidence of Parliament, on (27) October (2022).
Two years have passed, and the work continues, as there is no obstacle standing in its way, and no crisis here or there stopping it (the work), as the government is determined to complete what it started, so it implemented its program as promised, and achieved the most important thing, which is restoring people's confidence in an elected national government that fulfills their ambitions and draws a bright future for them.

Representatives from different blocs agreed on what the government has achieved during its two years of life, stressing that the Iraqi citizen has begun to directly touch the achievements. The official government spokesman, Dr. Basem Al-Awadi, said: “The government has placed the citizen as a primary goal in all its programs, and has focused on the five basic priorities in its government program, generally related to services, reform, fighting poverty, and implementing the law. Work has not stopped in the most critical political circumstances, while it has focused on the second part of the work to achieve the requirements of full sovereignty by ending the UNAMI mission and ending the mission of the International Coalition to Strengthen National Sovereignty.”
Al-Awadi added that "the government sought to complete the process of external work and develop it to attract investments and support the private sector, and embarked on a broad process of arming the armed forces with all its types, diversifying sources of weapons, and strengthening the Iraqi borders with neighboring countries to protect internal security," noting that it "succeeded in restoring the confidence of the international community and the Arab system, and completed the provincial council elections in transparent competitive conditions without violations, including the elections in Kirkuk, which have been suspended for several sessions, and signed important security agreements with neighboring countries, and launched the largest project linking the East and the West through the path of development."
He added that the government continued work in the port of Faw and innovated the service and engineering efforts that entered neighborhoods and residential areas that had not received services since the eighties of the last century, and allocated huge funds to implement the social assistance program and return thousands of displaced persons, and it is continuing to implement the government program.
He added that "the government continues to achieve accomplishments and implemented what it promised in its program, as the percentage of completion reached (62%) of the total government program in the third quarterly report, and it continues to complete the implementation of projects and plans drawn up with precision.
" Al-Awadi confirmed that "the government has regained the confidence of a large segment of citizens in the political reality and government performance within two years, and this is considered an achievement, and it is continuing to enhance that."
