    He said a member of the economic and investment commission parliamentary Najiba Najib that the first package of reforms announced by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and obtained the approval of the House of Representatives is not over yet, pointing out that that package include other administrative reforms is Cancel the top positions and some ministries and merge 11 other ministry.

    Najib said that despite the cancellation of the top positions and some of the ministries and other integration eased the burden on the federal budget, but that the amounts provided by the not yet reach the trillion dinars.

    She explained Najib that the staff and general managers working in the merged ministries will not be expelled from their jobs, but will remain some of them for the exercise of his work while will be forwarded others to retire, indicating that allocated to cover the salaries of these employees the money will remain the same, while going sum of the amounts allocated to petty cash and services for ministries which incorporated such as maintenance and others to the federal budget.

    It considered Najib said the measure, which will contribute to the provision of funds estimated Petrlionat dinars budget within the first reform package is to approve the new salary scale that would law reduces the differences between employees' salaries and imposes a rapprochement between the owners of the salaries of the higher grades and lower, and will invalidate the exceptional remuneration and pensions huge administrators.
