    Qatar on Thursday, received from Iraq, chaired the preparatory meetings for the Summit which kicked off in Doha, Arabic.

    The
    Qatar Summit recognizes regular session [24] during the opening session
    of the meeting of senior officials and experts of the economic and
    Social Council in preparation for the Summit, and for the preparation of
    the file before the Arabic Summit for lifting finance and economy
    ministers tomorrow for its finalization.

    He said Hashim Mohammed
    Hatem, Director General of the foreign economic relations Department of
    the Iraqi Ministry of trade in a press statement that "this meeting
    comes in an international environment is experiencing many changes and
    rapid developments, which led to the weakening of Arabic environment
    coordination of national policies and the predominance of unilateral
    approaches in dealing with environmental changes.

    He called in
    his speech during the meeting, the institutions of joint Arab action to
    "play an active role to the environment from this Arabic content into a
    State of coordination of economic policy with a view to come up with a
    pattern of dealing positively with the developments in the world
    economy."

    "The agenda of the Summit which was held in Baghdad
    included several topics of political, economic, social, and economic
    issues there are three strategies, such as Arabic and the tourism
    strategy was designed to draw a competitive policy for tourism to be
    adjusting for the activity and the second strategy is the region's water
    security strategy in Arabic to meet challenges and future requirements
    for sustainable development and that a number of objectives in the
    economic and development field on the water and protect water, Arabic
    and Arabic strategy for disaster risk reduction that have adopted
    building Resilience of Nations and communities to disasters ".

    The
    Hashim Mohammed Hatem, Director General of the foreign economic
    relations Department of the Iraqi Ministry of trade that "there are many
    topics and important economic and social decisions adopted by the
    Summit of economic and social development of Arabic III held in Riyadh, a
    unified agreement for the investment of capital in Arabic Arabic and
    Arabic strategy to develop renewable energy [2010-2030] and the
    Millennium Development Goals [2000-2015 and beyond], most recently to
    address non-communicable diseases, as well as some plans and programs
    that will enrich the joint Arab action through the adoption of such
    Resolutions and mechanisms, thanked the Kingdom for its efforts, good
    organization and hospitality for the success of the Summit, the Arabic
    economic, social and development ".

    Hatem said that "Iraq
    stressed during his presidency of the previous session on the importance
    of strengthening economic and social relations and development through
    the implementation of all agreements that will develop the process of
    economic, social and cultural development of a standard road map and
    find the correct base and powerful, the mechanisms through which to
    offer the best performance in the economic and trade relations and
    Arabic through cooperation and coordination with the Arabic States and
    the General Secretariat of the University and other institutions of
    joint Arab action", stressing the importance of "concerted efforts to
    come up with an effective and useful decisions for action Joint Arab ".

    The Summit was chaired by Iraq in the Arabic [23] held in Baghdad last month in 2012..
