[ltr]Said the Basra Governorate Council member Ahmed Abdul Hussein al-Kazim, Saturday, that the government has promised to build a dam on the Abu Flus port in the province of Basra, accusing the Ministry of Water Resources to oppose the construction of the dam.[/ltr]
[ltr]Kazim said L / balance News /, that "the Basra Governorate Council was able to persuade the central government to build a dam on the Abu Flus port in Basra," noting that "the dam will provide financial and economic benefit to the province of Basra to Iraq."[/ltr]
[ltr]Kazim added that "the dam is estimated cash cost of one billion and a half billion dollars if the port of Abu Flus But if on top of the chips will weaken the current price," pointing out that "the Ministry of Water Resources opposed the construction of the dam since 2009" .anthy 29[/ltr]
