    According
    to a statement from the Presidency had received Ambassador news copy on
    Tuesday the separate political Act No. 24 of 2005

    In the name of
    the people the Presidency building as approved by Parliament and
    ratified by the President of the Republic according to the provisions of
    item (I) of article (61) and item (iii) of article 73 of the
    Constitution, issued the following law:

    () For the year 2013
    Law

    The
    second amendment to the law reinstating politicians no. 24 of 2005
    average. Article (1) amends the law reinstating politicians no. (24) of
    2005 to the dismissed politicians law No. (24) of 2005 and delete (re)
    where mentioned in this law. Article (2) repeals article (7) of the law
    reinstating politicians no. 24 of 2005 and replaced by the following:
    article VII:

    first: the Committee constituted under article (6)
    of this law, the dismissed politicians requests referred to in article
    (1) and submit its recommendations to the Minister or the Chief of the
    non-Ministry for approval within (30) days from the date of the
    recommendation. Second: the deadline for submitting applications under
    the provisions of this law on 31/12/2015 and empowers the Prime Minister
    whenever necessary extensions. substance (3) first: is covered by the
    provisions of this law, the following categories:

    1. In charge
    of a public service of members of the Governing Council and the National
    Council, the National Assembly, and provincial assemblies and the
    municipality after 9/4/2003, is the political term for retirement.

    2.
    Of no qualification for the reasons set out in article (1) of the law
    reinstating No. 24 of 2005: a. Martyrs to the second degree. B.
    Political prisoners and detainees. Displaced and migrants. w. Rafha
    takers returning before 9/4/2003 onwards.

    Covered by the
    provisions of Act No. 5 of 2009 (law of compensation who have lost part
    of their bodies by the practices of the former regime).

    Article
    (4) exempts covered by this Act from deducting pension for arrests
    political chapter and the Ministry of finance allocate these amounts in
    the annual federal budget. Article (5): first introduced in the General
    Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of the dismissed politicians
    include verification and appeals committees.

    Secondly, the
    committees formed under the second amendment to help facilitate the
    implementation of the provisions of the law reinstating the political
    no. 1 of 2012, the Central Treasury Directorate committees for each
    province. Article (6): the Ministry of finance is committed to the
    development of functional grades covered in this law permanent staff or
    contractors or daily wage earners and non-staff.

    2. : The
    formation of a Joint Committee of the General Secretariat of the Council
    of Ministers and the Ministry of finance to set under this Act in all
    ministries and institutions of the State.

    Article (7) this law shall
    from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

    Rationale
    In
    order to cover the groups subjected to injustice and oppression and
    displacement due to the policies of the former regime, and the time
    limits under the law to apply. This Act launched
